Who is SkaiCard for?
SkaiCard is specifically designed for frontline and essential workers in Ghana. This includes healthcare professionals, emergency services (police, fire, ambulance),bankers, lawyers, social care workers, armed forces and veterans, teachers, and selected public-sector employees.
What if my profession isn't listed, but I work in a public-facing or essential role?
While our primary focus is on the listed professions, we are continuously reviewing and expanding our eligibility criteria. If you believe your role aligns with our mission to support essential workers, please contact our support team at support@skaicard.com to inquire about your specific situation.
How do I prove my eligibility?
The eligibility verification process is simple and secure. You will typically be asked to provide proof of employment, such as an official work ID, a payslip, or a letter from your employer during the registration process. Detailed instructions will be provided when you apply.
Is there an age limit to join PixieCard?
Members must generally be 18 years or older and actively employed or retired from an eligible profession within Ghana.
Can family members of essential workers also join?
SkaiCard membership is currently exclusive to eligible frontline and essential workers themselves. However, many of the discounts and offers can be enjoyed with family members.
How long does it take to process an eligibility check?
Our verification process is designed to be efficient. In most cases, you will receive confirmation of your eligibility within 2 business days]after submitting your application and required documentation.
What if my job title is different but my duties fall into an eligible category?
